Construction Costs

At STAAC, the cost of £2,300 per square meter plus VAT for design and build typically includes all expenses related to construction and design. This rate generally covers the following:

1. Architectural Design – Fees for creating building plans, including any interior design work.
2. Engineering Costs – Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services to ensure safety and compliance.
3. Construction Costs – All expenses for materials, labor, and associated construction work.
4. Project Management – Coordination fees to ensure the project stays on time and within budget.
5. Permits and Approvals – Costs for obtaining permits and adhering to regulations.
6. Contingencies – A buffer for unforeseen expenses during construction.

Example Calculation

‍For a property with a total area of 150 square meters:

Total Cost = 150 sqm × £2,300/sqm = £345,000

This is a rough estimate, and actual costs may vary based on location, design complexity, and material choices.
