I have used STAAC for a number of projects over the last 5 years, most recently for plans for an extension on my own house. They provide a professional and reliable service and are always on hand to offer advice and adaptions to plans if required. It's extremely useful and cost effective to be able to use one company to draft architectural, structural and building regulation drawings for a project rather than have to source them from 3 different companies. I have worked with many different architects and structural engineers throughout my career in the building industry and would recommend STAAC over any others.

Very happy with the service from STAAC who picked up one project from a previous architect (who was unable to complete) & another which was in addition to the original spec requested. They handled the process from survey to drawings to planning application to building reg's submission. All at a very cost effective price in comparison to other firms we had contacted. We engaged STAAC to provide plans for building control approval for a
loft conversion and a single storey extension and to serve as
specifications for the building contract. This included a survey and the
specifications and plans were detailed with several drawings and, in
our opinion, excellent value. The team were really helpful and when we
needed to make changes at (very) short notice, Ashley made the changes
really quickly which was a big help and greatly reduced my stress
levels! We'd definitely work with STAAC again.
