What We Did For The Client:
We have designed a penthouse in Worthing that includes two staircases, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor.
The building's style is matched with dark grey aluminium frame doors and windows. To ensure privacy and security, the side windows have been sealed up.
The original plan consisted of multiple bedrooms and three dormers, but we altered it to one bedroom and two dormers.
In our plan, we have used white mansard French windows with double glazing and clear glass. They let in plenty of natural light while ensuring energy efficiency.
Design of the roof is with slate tiles with flat dormers, giving a modern look.
Our esteemed client was left thoroughly impressed by the striking transformation we achieved. The meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the penthouse design particularly delighted him, making us proud of our work.
