What We Did For The Client:
Serene Court is a three-storey brick-built exclusive development of 9 two and three bedroom apartments. We were commissioned to sign off all the planning conditions, general arrangement drawings, structural calculations, HVAC and a soak away design. Glad to see these are now complete and 80% Sold.
